Terms of Service

Adverna is a platform that helps businesses create AI product ad images, videos and captions, publish and schedule them on social media, and (as a paid add-on) reply to customer messages and take orders. By using Adverna you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 or legally represent a business. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity in your account. The information you provide must be accurate.

• AI creations and actions use credits (e.g. 100 per image or edit, 500 per video, 5 per caption, 15 per assistant message beyond the free monthly allowance). Your plan adds credits every month, valid until the next renewal; extra credit packs are bought separately and are valid for 30 days. Unused credits expire, do not roll over and are not redeemable for cash, except as described in the Refund Policy. With 0 credits, AI actions stop.
• Plans and add-ons are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record, which issues invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the paid period.
• Full refund within 14 days of a payment if none of the credits from that payment have been used. Details: Refund Policy.

• You keep ownership of the photos and data you upload and of the content you create with Adverna.
• You grant us the right to process it only to provide the service (generation, storage, publishing on your behalf).
• You confirm you have the rights to the photos, logos and trademarks you upload and that your products are lawful.

• Illegal, misleading, counterfeit or infringing products or content.
• Spam, unsolicited messages or violations of Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp policies.
• Attempts to bypass credits, security or system limits.

AI can make mistakes in images, text, prices or customer replies. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for the prices, offers and orders you accept. The Sales Agent sends orders for your approval unless you enable auto-confirmation.

Publishing and messaging go through Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp) and are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for changes, limits or outages of these platforms, or for accounts they suspend.

We aim to keep the service available but it may be interrupted for maintenance or because of our providers. Scheduled posts may be delayed in such cases.

To the extent permitted by law, Ad Media SH.P.K. is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. See the Privacy Policy for data deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Questions: support@adverna.app. We may update these terms and will notify you in advance of material changes.
